In order to supply products at more affordable prices, CAE Threads is powered by Dropshipping.  At this time CAE Threads does not accept returns.

 If however, a product is delivered with damages, you must notify CAE Threads at caethreads@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item with photos to document and depending on the circumstances, a return/and or refund may possibly be processed.
